Rev. Gerald W. (Jerry) Ledbetter, has two-decades experience in Christian ministry. After serving as a pastor in LaGrange, Georgia for nearly 10-years, Rev. Ledbetter began his ministry with the West Point Presbyterian church in 2003. He is a graduate of LaGrange College, Anderson Seminary, and the Erskine Theological Seminary. Rev. Ledbetter is a past board member, vice-president and president of the Optimist Club of LaGrange, Georgia. He has also served with the Sons of Lafayette male choir for two seasons. Rev. Ledbetter has also served as president of the West Point Area Church Association (2004-2008), and serves as a member of the board of directors for the West Point Social Services Organization. Rev. Ledbetter currently serves on the senior leadership team (board of directors) for World Prayer, a global prayer and Christian service organization. Besides preaching and teaching, Jerry enjoys traveling, listening to good music, singing, spending time with family & friends - and watching AUBURN football. Rev. Ledbetter published his first book (2007) entitled "Words of Life: God's Providential Grace Displayed Through the Life of One Man." He is married to Tammy Whitten Ledbetter, a second grade teacher at the Cannon Street Elementary School, and together the Ledbetter's have three sons; Matthew, Michael & Morgan.
